Each time you use or cause access to this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice or liability. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use this site.

Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations

You must register on our site, provide truthful information, and be at least 13 years old. By registering, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Our Products

Division sells Memberships. Our softwares are owned by Division and created for playful purposes on private servers with friends. Use beyond intended purpose is at your own risk. All softwares are free to use, but access requires a Membership. One personal computer per software license is allowed. Hardware ID may be changed based on system recognition. No refunds are guaranteed.

Online Conduct and Cheating

You are responsible for all activity via your account. We may terminate accounts for behavior we consider illegal or harmful. We are not responsible for damages caused by cheating or violations of third-party intellectual property.

Payment Policy

Fraudulent charges will result in termination and/or legal action. Account sharing or reselling is prohibited. Payments are processed via Deprimereshop.com through Stripe.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for technical problems we cannot resolve. Refusal to cooperate with support (e.g. OS updates, removing conflicting software) may void refund eligibility.

Authentication

Tampering with client software to bypass security will result in termination and/or legal action.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining your password. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. Sharing your account will result in termination.

Your Conduct

You may not:

  • Post or perform illegal or harmful conduct
  • Impersonate others
  • Collect user data
  • Use the site for spam, junk mail, or unauthorized ads
  • Provide content that creates liability or breaks laws

Submission of Content

By submitting content, you:

  • Grant us rights to use and display it
  • Confirm you have the legal rights to submit it
  • Agree that we can remove it at any time

Third Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services or representations.

Miscellaneous Information

You may not use this site to gather material against Division.

Rules of Behaviour

Users must follow team rules. Disrespect, racism, and offensive content are prohibited.

Using the Search Function

Please search before posting — most questions have been answered.

Deleting Forum Posts

Violating posts may be deleted. Inactive threads may be removed after 2 weeks.

Bans of Members

Rule violations may result in temporary or permanent bans, even for unlisted reasons.

Accounts

Multiaccounts, sharing, and selling accounts are banned.

Content of Posts, Signatures, or Profile Messages

Division may remove or modify content at any time. You are responsible for your content.

The Following Contents Are Forbidden

  • Spam
  • Off-topic posts
  • Ads for other hacks/sites/forums
  • Pirated software
  • Malware
  • Criminal, pornographic, or harmful content

This agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and Division.

We are not responsible for user-generated content. Views are those of the author.

You agree not to post false, hateful, unlawful, or copyrighted material unless it is yours.
